CF Groups is a multi-faceted enterprise that grew out of CF Greenhouses, founded by Floyd Cacciavillani in Leamington, Ontario in 1953. Co-operated by Floyd's son, Cole, CF Groups consists of six separate business entities that serve agricultural, commercial, and residential customers' needs.

CF Groups is comprised of

• CF Greenhouses: specializing in growing flower crops and in greenhouse technology for more than 50 years.
• CF Industrial: sale and service of generators and stand-by power systems for Southwestern Ontario.
• Genset Resource Management: comprised of Cogen and Tri-Gen heat generation technologies, which are both cost effective and environmentally friendly.
• CF Warehouse & Distribution: offering customers warehousing and distribution solutions that are particularly beneficial to companies shipping inventory between Canada and the United States.
• CF Enterprises: oversees Commercial property holdings and development.
• CF Group Residential Holdings: owns and operates residential apartment properties in the town of Leamington.
